WHAT: Chemically washed and water blastered full exterior of house.Sand, prepared and painted full exterior of house, barge boards / fascia, soffits, weather boards, windows and internal openings, doors, base boards. Scaffold supplied by Affordable Scaffold. Painted outbuildings (green garage, facing of glass house and little shed / pump house) Also painted block work, gates and other items which were pointed out. And, repair windows where the tenant closed them after being advised not to. TIME: 3 guys, approx. 6 weeks.
